This denim wallet is made out of scraps of fabrics and entirely hand embroidered in the art of Japanese Sashiko in my atelier in Amsterdam!
 
This denim wallet is rugged and used in a very special way to give it a rugged look with its raw edges. Different type of sashiko are embroidered on the inside of the wallet to give it more of a patched-up look.
 
The inside, the pockets and pouch for the coins are lined with a classic white and blue striped cotton.
 
The closure on the front is with a cotton string around a beautiful old golden button, the closure for the coin pouch is with a golden button contrasting with the indigo fabric.
