General information

All products from this brand are handmade with love, each design is unique.

The photos are as close to the actual design as possible.

Follow the sizes and detailed  measurements of the design,

they are here to insure you of a good fit. 

Because those products are upcycled, some products might have imperfections.

Before ordering, please make sure to send a message to ask any questions

you might have regarding the item you want to purchase.

Complementary Shipping

​

I am pleased to offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on

all orders with a subtotal of €80 or more.

​

This threshold applies to the total value of the goods in the cart,

excluding any taxes or additional services.

​

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the €80 minimum is reached.

For orders below €80, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and

will be displayed at the time of checkout.

​

 

International Duties & Taxes (United States)

​

For customers in the United States, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

The price paid at checkout is inclusive of all applicable import duties,

customs fees, and local taxes.

​

Silent Wave Indigo handles the customs clearance process and prepays these fees

on your behalf.

No additional fees, surcharges, or "hidden costs" will be collected by the carrier

upon delivery.

​

International Duties & Taxes (Rest of World)

 

For all other international destinations (excluding the EU and USA), the customer remains the importer of record and is responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, or import fees that may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival.

All shipments are sent from La Rochelle (France) via Delivengo or Colissimo.

The package will have a track&trace.

The order will be processed and sent within 3 working days.

​

Delivery takes about one week for Europe and two weeks for the rest of the world.

 

In case of a delay longer than 25 days, we can start a  full investigation with Delivengo. 

​

For custom  order, shipping costs will be determined according to the order.

Taxes

I ship all international orders from France with secure,

trackable shipping. For customers outside the EU:

• In most cases, orders arrive smoothly without any customs fees.

• Occasionally, your local customs office may charge duties or taxes this depends on the country and the order value. This does not apply to the US.

• I carefully prepare customs declarations to help avoid unnecessary fees or delays.

All payments are safe and processed via the method of your choosing.

The privacy law is applied, meaning that none of your personal informations

will be used outside the transactions and they will not be shared with other companies.

Returns

they are here to insure you of a good fit.

Send a contact form if you have any questions regarding the item you wish to purchase.

You have 4 days to return an item after delivery.

If you wish to return an item, you will have to send an e-mail to notify it.

​

The item will have to be in the same condition as it was when shipped,

the item must not have any odors or have been worn.

​

The customer is in charge of the shipping costs,

he must return the item in its original packaging with a Track&trace.

The refund will be available within a maximum of 30 days after retrieving the item.
