This beret is hand-stitched in my atelier using a dark indigo denim that keeps a clean, easy shape.
The surface is worked with a single Sashiko Kugurizashi pattern, slow, steady, and repetitive. The rhythm of the stitching and weaving gives the piece its character and specific texture.
The inside is lined in navy denim for structure and comfort.
