Crownweave is a tactile headpiece designed to complete the silhouette, bringing the raw, hand-loomed texture of the collection to the highest point of the look.

Made entirely by hand, this beret is constructed using a traditional rag-weaving technique. Salvaged strips of cloth are hand-woven on the loom into a thick, uneven textile before being submerged in the natural indigo vat. The process creates a dense, irregular surface where the varied weights of the reclaimed threads absorb the blue dye differently, resulting in a rich, multi-tonal landscape of vibrant indigo.

The design plays with raw structure and organic shape. Unlike standard knit or felted headwear, the hand-woven rag fabric gives the piece a rugged, architectural quality. It holds its volume intentionally, allowing you to shape and tilt the profile to create a sharp, asymmetrical line that balances the fluid gathers of the garments below.

The silhouette is generous yet structured, finished with a clean, comfortable linen band that sits securely.

Crownweave will develop a beautiful patina over time: as it handles the elements, exposure to sunlight and the natural friction of wear will soften the ridges of the hand-woven strips, causing the indigo to fade selectively and revealing the deep, hidden character of the weave.
